Lipsticks usually melt in heat. The best place to keep your lipstick is the fridge. Keeping the lipstick in the fridge definitely helps to increase the life of the lipstick and your lipstick will certainly last longer.

You can easily make your lips look larger by practicing this great technique. Get your Vaseline or Lip gloss to work for you. Apply a little Vaseline or lip gloss just in the center of your bottom lip. This little trick brings the lips out perfectly, making them look larger. Women with small lips should try to avoid dark color lipsticks.

Women with Large Lips

If you have large lips, you should keep away from shiny lip glosses. Women with large lips need to stick to matte lipsticks only and should not use lip liner. Muted colors such as purples, browns and bronzes are best shades for large lips.

All of us come in different body shapes and sizes. It is important that all women know and understand their own body shapes in order to dress their best to flatter and enhance their looks. This article provides simple fashion guide in dressing for woman with an hourglass figure. Woman with hourglass body shape usually has feminine curves with well defined narrow waist and a well balanced shoulder and hip. The hourglass figure normally has wider bust, shoulder and hip that are proportional.

Woman with this type of body shape should choose clothing that can accentuate the classic curvy figure and draw the attention to the narrow waistline. It is important to choose clothes that are fitted and curve hugging. Clothes that are too tight or too baggy can overpower the body frame. It is best to choose fitted tops, tops with corset shapes and wrap tops such as wrap blouses and wrap over jumpers as these clothing accentuate the body curves. The wrap tops should just sit at the waist to bring attention to the smaller waist.

Besides, wearing tops with boat neckline, scooped neckline and V neckline such as V neck fitted cardigan looks flattering with this hourglass body shape. It is great to select tops or jackets with belts or single buttons as they emphasize the narrower waist. Tops with soft and delicate fabrics with subtle patterns work well with this body type. Necklaces should be worn at short or medium length. Avoid wearing too many accessories or tops with complicated prints as it can be overwhelming. In addition, plaids and bold stripes can flatten the feminine curves.

As for matching bottoms, it is great to look for pants or skirts that have defined waistline or contoured waistbands. Choose trousers or jeans with wide and straight legs as this can show off the curvy body shape. Avoid wearing tight and tapered pant that get slimmer towards the ankle as it can makes the bottom looks wider and larger. Preferably, choose trousers or skirts that are flat fronted and fastened on the side to avoid bulky look. Pencil skirt is best choices as it be able to showcase the proportionate balance between the waist and hip measurement. Straight style and A-line skirt is also great option if it is fitted around the hip and waist. Besides, try matching the trouser or skirt with belt to focus the attention to the middle part of the body.

It looks great and flattering to wear wrap dresses that pulled in at the middle as it emphasizes the curvy body silhouette. Dresses that are long and flowing which bring out the waist with belts or through cut are ideal to wear. Furthermore, it is good to wear a dress which fitted at the top with A-lined skirt. Avoid wearing dresses with pleats and ruffles as they add extra bulk. Stay away from dresses with straight shapes either up or down and made from stiff materials. Try wearing a V neck chiffon dress with a corset to show off the beautiful curvy body silhouette.

New trends and styles for menâs clothing and accessories are often influenced and preceded by womenâs fashion. If floralâs are on the cards for spring 2009 then similarly youâll see watered down versions in suits through to silk ties.

It might sound ridiculous, but, it has been so for centuries.

Louis Patou a Paris fashion designer made silk ties from womenâs dress material, hence the advent of the designer tie.

So the concept is nothing new. The fact is womenâs fashion is specifically designed to attract man.

And so naturally including a smidgeon of femininity into menâs accessories, silk ties in particular, makes perfect sense. The other thing is, youâd be surprised at the number of females that design menâs clothing.

It is our good fortune that they do, otherwise weâd end up with nothing other than grey suits, striped ties and tattered old wallets.

Iâve seen the spring summer 2009 silk tie collection, they are drab and colourless, a series of stripes and geometric patterns, no floralâs at all, which, after seeing what women plan to wear is in contrast to logic.

How much longer do we have to be confined to conservative shades of grey?

Well, luckily there are changes afoot and if youâre prepared to look hard enough will be rewarded. There are designers out there who accurately forecast future trends and theyâre the ones to watch as they buck the critics view.

The women fashion designers I know of and or associated with all share common traits, the way they incorporate colour and pattern cannot be mimicked by man. And thatâs where the great appeal is, itâs the scent of a women in the designs they create.

Rather than follow mainstream, weâve created our own regime with a small cluster of male and female designers. People may ask, whatâs so special about that? Well thereâs only one way to find out.
