From beads and jewel-tones to lame and classic black, there are many styles of prom dresses to love for 2010.

In fashion, most trends are gone before you know it. Luckily, that’s not necessarily the case with prom dresses. Although each new prom season has its own stars, most prom dresses stay in style for a long time, with a few minor changes. Here are the trends that are shaping up to be the hits of the 2010 prom season.

Beads Indeed
Beads add pizazz to any prom dress, and whether they’re used sparingly or liberally, they’re showing up everywhere for prom 2010.
Serious Shine
You can’t go wrong with a lame prom dress. Whether you opt for pink, red, gold, silver or black, lame is hot, hot, hot!
Bright is the New Black
Want to stand out in a sea of black? Wear a boldly colored prom dress. From brilliant blue to deep red, a brightly-colored prom dress will make it your night to shine.
Sleek Chic
Curve-hugging styles (as seen on the red carpet) are just as hot for prom 2010 as they are for celebrities.
Fashion Flair
Let your glamorous side out to play in a prom dress that that’s all about making you the star. Sequin, beads, metallic fabric – it’s all good for prom 2010!
Golden Girl
Nothing matches the elegance and simplicity of gold. Luckily, you’ll see lots of gold prom dresses for 2010.
Bold Print
One of the freshest trends for prom 2010 is the influx of prints for prom dresses. Whether you choose floral or graphic or somewhere in between, a prom dress that bears a print is sure to get you lots of attention.
Short Story
Do you have a fondness for short dresses? You’re in luck! Short prom dresses are gaining more and more attention and make unique alternatives for your special night
White On
Tired of black prom dresses? Go to the other extreme by wearing a white prom dress! White is a timeless and elegant choice that will never steer you wrong.
Think Pink
What’s a prom without pink prom dresses! If you truly want to feel like a princess, a pink prom dress just might be the way to go. From frilly to sleek, a pink prom dress will make you look and feel like royalty.

Almost anything goes for prom dresses in 2010. Choose one based on what you like and what looks good on you, but above all, choose the one that makes you feel special.

Womens Fashion – Whats The Latest Style Statement

Finding the right dress for the type of your body shape is a MUST where you can smash up, even the super models! In order to get that right body wear you should know you’re self very well as wearing any kind of dress might make fashion faux in which you are not comfortable but you want to wear as it is in trend. You need to make the trend your self and set your OWN STLYE STATEMENT and make new rules, rather than going behind the actresses and models as they shape up their body through working out!

There are many do’s and don’ts while choosing an attire, especially if you are short or tall, bulky or thin, have big butt or small, long neck, color of your eyes and hair, etc. First impression is the last impression, as everyone knows, even in the fashion world especially for a woman where the opposite sex gets attracted. Also choosing the right fashion accessories is a must which should go well or blend well with the dress you are going to wear. Picking up any kind of dress you must know in and out of it, say the type of cloth you are choosing – cotton, silk, etc; how to wash it and iron it and maintain them well.

For a taller woman, wearing long skirts makes you look tall. If using belts over pants or skirts, don’t wear it too tight. High collared for those who have short neck is a NO, but better to go for a neck deep cut top to elongate your neck. To flatter your figure (for petite women), contrast colors are best by adding a scarf or belt with your pants or skirts. If you are heavy bottom, then use dark colors bottoms and tops light color because people will look at the light color and your bottom will be unnoticed being darker shade. Tapered skirts are strictly NO for your lower body. Woman who are heavy from the upper part of the body, use soft flowing fabrics. Use dark colors on top and light on the bottom. You can go for V-neck tops so that the upper part doesn’t show up too much. Just wear clothes according to the shape of your body and which is comfortable making your own trend and style statement.

What’s This Fashion Id’s Wristbands Wearing By Celebrities?

I was at Fashion Valley Mall today, and this vendor was trying to sell me some simple but cute wristbands of, I think handcuff locks and hearts locks. They aren’t cheap, almost 40 bucks a piece and no discount for buying more than one. There were also displays of celebrities wearing these “fashion” wristbands, which are made by some guy name I.D. something. Thus the name ID’s bracelet & necklaces. Anyone here knows what they are called, exactly? Because I can’t seem to find them anywhere via Google or Ebay.
