I’m really trying to change my style. I always look “blah”… It almost looks like I wear the same thing every day to class. I’m 5″1, 100lb, 19 years old. Also on a budget. I was thinking about using a mini denim skirt… maybe from Hollister or Aeropostale? But how would I create different looks with that? Specifics would be great, such as store, style, ,price, etc. Any kind of fashion advice would be appreciated!

I look a lot like “Andy Bernard” from the Office TV show (I don’t want his style though- I just look like him! . The style I am going for is sort of an urban-look. Not hip-hop but I want to be able to walk through the Bronx or Brooklyn and not look nerdy. I’m 34 yrs old, 6’1, 180. Also, can you recommend a famous person’s style I could sort of emulate?
