@ColorMemories try using a tinted moisterizer it is just like foundation, in your color, flawless look, but it moisterizes the dry spots

Depending on if you’re using loose pigments for eyeshadow, it’s best to do it before your foundation because of all the fallout you’ll likely get. You’ll have to wipe it off your cheeks and redo your foundation. What a waste.
