How I stay fit + Gym makeup tips

Be sure to drink tons of water, and take a multi-vitamin everyday! I also talk about what you can wear to the gym, makeup wise. Stay healthy and beautiful! NOTE: This is how I stay fit, I don’t need to do extra for my body type! If anything, maybe add in some weights, but please do what works best for you. every guy i know, including myself, all laugh at women that wear makeup to a gym. do women think its a club. lol. its a place to sweat and workout, not to pickup someone. sure if you meet someone, cool. but putting on makeup is a no no, guys don’t think its cool. in fact guys i know make fun of girls that do, doesn’t matter how pretty they are, the mere fact that they wear makeup to a gym is crazy.
you are under the misconception, that you can get muscular. alot of women are under this false impression that they can get bulky or to muscular. first, that is impossible. women cant get muscular, they can gain some muscle, but its more in the form of lean muscles, not bulky. women simply don’t have the right hormones or muscle structure to get big like men. so don’t worry about getting bulky. it won’t happen

10-15 sit ups for each set of muscles won’t exactly do much. as in won’t build much muscle. its the most effective if you them in sets of 150-200 with 4 different ab exercises so it’ll equal about 600+. the world is so out of shape. and im not even some sort of body builder. i run the 400 in high school track and that’s our pre-season ab workout. for BEFORE we’ve gotten in shape.
Since you live in a hot area, what do you use to protect your skin from the sun, specifically the face? Do you use it everyday?

great helpful hints – thanks for sharing, has anybody used MACs latest line of products?! it is hard to obtain cosmetics in Waverly yet you can get brilliant cosmetics samples via “Gratis-Makeup-Samples”! theyre cool!
Another great tip is that maybe u should try “pulsing” is when u put ur legs up n cross them n stick your arms straight near ur kneecaps n in an “up down motion” (not so fast, but just right). u shud feel a tense sensation n it’s a great way to tone up the body for modeling. I used to do it a lot for skating.

when u say sit ups….those were crunches….full sit ups are when u really go up from the ground, near ur knees and back 2 da ground. I’m not sure if u were lifting w/ ur neck, but try not to do tat….try 2 lift w/ ur abs. *tat’s wat i had to do in volleyball*
