Learning how to design clothes to be a fashion designer.?
Ok well I really want to make my own clothes. So whats a way to get a sowing machine free or something sent to me and a guide or whatever on learning how to make clothes, pillows, etc. please answer the question I really want to know how i can do this. I want to be a fashion designer.
Go to Wal-Mart and get the cheapest one you can get, they all work okay…
Also in the sewing department there are patterns that you buy material cut out the patterns and pin them and sew according to the directions =) You can alter them to make them your own. I believe it’s called Stitch ‘n save…
i am a huge sewer and the best way to start out is to have your parents trust you with a cheap sewing machine. places like hancock fabrics have tons of guides and the people who work there can help you find out whats the best fabric to learn to sew on and stuff. i am going to go to fidm and i hope that you decide the same thing. they teach you from the begining so even if you cant sew, you still learn from the best. I hope your pursue this dream and be serious about it.
